my trip reminded me of i was living in luxury. i even got upgraded to a better room, a total score. the people who worked there were super nice, they even threw in a free cake for my anniversary!

the gym didn't open till 8 am, so my early morning workout plans got messed up.

my room included separate air conditioning and a safe for valuables, a nice perk. the bathroom had both a tub and a shower. fluffy towels, felt super luxurious. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean, i really liked it.

the main restaurant offered lots of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, i found things i liked. the a la carte restaurants did require reservations, but they were worth it, believe me. i tried the italian restaurant and the sushi bar, both were amazing.

the resort boasted several pools, each with its own vibe, awesome. i saw one pool designed just for kids, complete with slides and shallow areas, so cute. i even went to the spawith a sauna, steam room, and offered various treatments, felt new me.

it was close to the beach, and i walked there in like 5 minutes, very easy. nearby, i found shops and restaurants, so everything was handy. i took a day trip to a nearby town by bus, the bus stop was just outside the hotel.

I visit the spa and was amazing. Maria gave me an excellent massage, which relieved all my tension. The price of the service was great. I enjoyed the buffet, it had many options for adults, children, and vegans.

The kettle in the room didn't had a plug, I had to plug it in the bedroom.

old furniturepoor cleaning

The room itself look tire. The balcony doors do not fully close. Mosquitos enter through the ventilation system. Cleaning consist mainly of changing the bed linen. The floors are not mopped. Clear signs of short handed staffing is apparent. The staff try to help, they fail to maintain a full service. This is especially notable in the restaurants. It's very dissapointing.
